The history of art testily those painters often thronged under cohesive umbrella of a specific ideology. Artists of this exhibition have not grouped themselves following common ideals. But seeing their works one will easily understand that each of them is imbued with Nature. In this tropical country Nature still allures the impulses of creative mind. Not the representational mode of expression, rather in translation of the underline cords of Nature artists of this exhibition depend on the basic elements of fine arts.
Rajaul Islam Lovelu has endeavored to feel the relation of Nature and Human in his wood carving. His uses of different metals and colors on wood offer us a feast of decoration. Md. Abdul Aziz & Fahmida Khatun has paved new way in his romantic domain of oriental art adding the effect of distortion while Zahir Hossain Newton and syed Mohammad Shamim have delved deep to transmit the music of Nature using mere forms and texture. Indian sculptural art of classical era moved Shahin Akter Lipi during her persuasion of the courses in Restoration offered her the links to create new composition. She tried to create new vocabulary with the help of ancient one. As a restorer, on principle, she added the paint of rejuvenation with lyrical linear treatment.
A process of metamorphosis with the help of changing feature of botanical and animal entity has been deployed like Dalian surreasism in the space of Mohammed Fakruzzaman & md. Mahbubul Islam Baabu. Youngest member of the group Md. Anisuzzaman Anis & Fahmida Khatun spreads cob-web with skillful delineation to capture the phantom of the time.
